Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email for US orders. For international, it should be 10-14 days.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be $2.95, except during free shipping offers.

Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

- All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tarifs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
- Mynrow is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
- If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
